Ocean Park was the first theme park in Asia to both ban shark fin soup and to serve only sustainable seafood in all of its restaurants. It closely follows WWF-HK’s seafood guide and provides some certified options as well. Ocean Park is also home to Hong Kong’s first sustainable fish balls. As you should do in every restaurant you visit, still confirm with your server and use your seafood guide if you would like to be certain the seafood is sustainable.
